Learn quick techniques to elevate a starter into a restaurant worthy dish. Each guest creates a one of a kind painted piece, using playful palette of ingredients and curator the finishing touches

Refresh your drinks cabinet with a mocktail demo that uses fresh, local Ingredients- adapts products from our partner drinks supplier - all the flavour none of the hangover.
Course 2 - Blitz Vinnig Braal (Fast )
High-heat cooking that locks in complex-flavours, Learn lightning techniques for prawns, chicken or steak. Dietary requirements accommodated.
Course 3 - Chocolate & Sugar Studio
A visual flavour awakening, approachable chocolate and sugar techniques to create stunning desserts that look incredible and taste even better.
